Sugar daddy apps in Australia: what actually works on your phone

SugarDaddyMeet's only native app runs on Android, downloaded straight from its own site rather than Google Play. On an iPhone there is no app to find, in Australia or anywhere else, because the platform offers no iOS app. The mobile website carries every feature either way, so what matters is not which app you download but where the file actually came from.

Is there a SugarDaddyMeet app in Australia?

There is one SugarDaddyMeet app, it runs on Android, and it is the same file whether you are in Sydney or anywhere else in the country. The platform's own FAQ, in an entry dated 13 March 2026, puts it in one line: an Android app, and the mobile website for everyone on iOS, with every feature working there too. We checked this ourselves rather than taking the FAQ's word for it. Inside an Australia-registered account on 20 September 2026, the Me menu carried a "Get Our App" entry that led straight to an APK file, with no Google Play listing involved.

People search for this as "sugar daddy meet app", "SDM app" and "sugardaddymeet app". They are all the same thing. On an iPhone, none of that search matters: the mobile website is the app, so open sugardaddymeet.com in Safari and use it as you would any site. The steps below are for the Android install only.

Why doesn't SugarDaddyMeet have an iPhone app?

SugarDaddyMeet offers no iPhone app, and the platform's FAQ sends iOS users to the mobile website instead. Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, read on 22 September 2026, exclude “hookup” apps and apps that “may include pornography or be used to facilitate prostitution” (guideline 1.1.4). Apple does not mention sugar dating by name, and neither SugarDaddyMeet nor Sugarbook has an App Store listing.

Google made a separate call for its own store. From 1 September 2021, Google Play's content policy barred apps built around paid sexual relationships, with sugar dating named specifically, a change reported that year by Digit.fyi. Different company, different store, same outcome: an Android app in this category generally isn't on Google Play either, which is why SugarDaddyMeet hands you an APK from its own site instead of a Play Store link. On 22 September 2026 we found neither SugarDaddyMeet nor Sugarbook in either store.

How do you install the Android app safely?

You install the Android app safely by starting at sugardaddymeet.com and nowhere else, then allowing exactly one Android permission along the way.

Register free at sugardaddymeet.com in your phone's browser. A new profile clears review within about one business day, the same whether you finish on the mobile site or inside the app.
Once you are in, find the download link inside your own account. On the Australia-registered account we checked on 20 September 2026, it sits under Me, then "Get Our App". It hands you an APK file, not a Google Play listing.
Let Android ask its one question, then answer only that question. It will ask to allow installs from the browser or file manager you used to download the file. Say yes to that, and only because the file came from sugardaddymeet.com itself.
Go back to the download and tap Install. Sign in with the account you already have; there is no separate sign-up.
Treat any other copy of this file as fake. An APK someone sends you in a chat, or a download from a site that is not sugardaddymeet.com, is not the same file, no matter how identical it looks.

An APK is just a file, and a file with the right name and icon is easy to fake. If a match sends you an installer in chat, or a search result points you at a mirror site promising the "real" app, treat it as a different file wearing the same name rather than a shortcut. Genuine app files come from one place: your own account, on the platform's own domain.

SugarDaddyMeet or Sugarbook: which app actually works?

Neither SugarDaddyMeet nor Sugarbook has an iPhone app, and both point Android users to their own sites rather than a Google Play listing. Past that, they differ in price and in who gets to message first.
